Remember when Conservatives fancied themselves the bastions of traditional family values and prided themselves on being founded on “Christian moral values.” How is it that Milo Yiannopoulos is the face of the political right in 2017?

On this #CrackYourBible vlog, we’re chatting about how the Seeker Friendly Church movement has paved the way for those who boast of their sin to become leaders of the right wing (such as Conservative / Libertarian darling #MiloYiannopoulos )

Not only has the Seeker Friendly Church brought these people to power, they’ve set us on a dangerous path where we’re now fighting absurd battles concerning issues we would never have dreamed of (being fined for misgendering people?!)

• God has a plan for how we’re supposed to “do church.” Colossians 3:16
• Satan has come to destroy you. Jesus came so that you can have life. John 10:10

• God’s law shows us what sin is so that we can recognize it. Romans 7:7
• When you’re a slave to sin, you die. Romans 6:20-21
• God’s purpose for us is to have a relationship with Him. Ephesians 1:4-5

• Becoming a Christian doesn’t mean a life that’s easy. John 16:33
• Jesus didn’t come to bring peace, but a sword, that divides families. Matthew 10:34-35
• The Word of God is sharper than a double edged sword. Hebrews 4:12
• Christians are bold because we have hope in Jesus. 2 Corinthians 3:12
• We can do all things through Jesus, who gives us strength. Philippians 4:13
• Jesus offered to die in our place to pay the penalty for our sin. Isaiah 53:5
• The wages (payment for your work) of sin (your work) is death. Romans 6:23
• All people are sinners. Romans 3:23
• We all used to live a sinful life before coming to Christ Jesus. Colossians 3:5-7
• God designed marriage to be between 1 man and 1 woman. Genesis 2:24
• God does not tolerate homosexuality. Leviticus 20:13
• God does not tolerate transgender behavior. Deuteronomy 22:5
• God does not tolerate swinging & adultery. Exodus 20:14
• God wants the church to look after widows and orphans. James 1:27
• False teachers will come in to tell people what they want to hear. 2 Timothy 4:3
• No one seeks God. Romans 3:11
• People have exchange truth for a lie and don’t serve God. Romans 1:25
• People don’t even realize when someone is preaching a false Jesus to them. 2 Corinthians 11:4
• Sin gives birth to death. James 1:15
• God draws men to him. Men don’t draw other men to God. John 6:44
• The Word of God is foolishness to unbelievers. 1 Corinthians 1:18
• If you’re a friend of the world, you’re the enemy of God. James 4:4
