Is Satan using you to do his dirty work? The Accuser of the Brethren is utilizing Christians to do his will – to tear down Christians and hide sin. One of Satan’s biggest tools against believers is “modesty culture.” How?

On this episode of #CrackYourBible, we’re talking about modesty and body image. So often Christians are told that their body is dirty, bad, evil and a stumbling block to others – regardless of how they use their body. Simply having a body is called “sinful” by those who are utilized by Satan to beat down believers. This blasphemy must end because all humans are made in God’s image. How a person behaves, the content of their heart is what defiles a person. Simply having a body is not what defiles a person, especially a believer. Having a body is not dirty, nor is it a tool only for lust. It’s time to confront the Accuser of the Brethren and reaffirm what God says about us, His creation.

-What comes out of the most proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person. Matthew 15:10-20

-We are righteous before God and received sanctification and redemption through Jesus. 1 Corinthians 1:26-31
-Pharisees shut the Kingdom of Heaven in people’s faces. Matthew 23:13-15
-God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:1-9
-One is justified by faith apart from works of the law. Romans 3:21-28
-Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Romans 14:1-4
-I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air. But I discipline my body and keep it under control. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27
