LOS ANGELES – The Salvation Army presented its Sally Awards to Actress/ Producer Roma Downey on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the J.W. Marriott L.A. Live.

The awards gala provides The Salvation Army, one of the premier social service providers in the greater Los Angeles area, a star-studded platform from which to celebrate people of great accomplishment who always find time to help others.

The first Sally Award was presented to Hollywood legend Cecil B. DeMille, and Bob Hope, President Ronald Reagan and Dame Angela Lansbury followed in subsequent years.
