We are continuing Pastor Kerry Shook’s Love With No Strings Attached series with Part Two: Love Like Jesus. Most love today has a lot of strings attached. We have a lot of expectations when we love: I love you because you look a certain way, I love you if you love me back. We’re talking about I Love You Period. I love you unconditionally, I love you with no strings attached. Jesus said that’s the only kind of love that brings fulfillment to our lives and our relationships.

As humans, we always put strings on our serving, our love and our sacrificing. When we serve, the string is you have to respond. When we do something sacrificial, you have to at least be appreciative. Until you cut the string of your serving, you’ll never experience the real reward that God wants to bring back to your life, which is genuine happiness. This church is a house of hope because we tell people about the hope in Christ. And because of our hope, there’s no hopeless cause, there’s no hopeless case with Jesus Christ.
