Bill Swindle (Bill Swindell) with Dave Roever and Reggie Dabbs Early 90’s Singing “You Need Jesus.”

In this video

This is a video of Bill Swindle (Bill Swindell) and the band when they first started singing on the road with Dave Roever and Reggie Dabbs. The band was eventually called “One Man’s Love.” The band included Bill Swindle (vocals/guitars), Kim Roever (keys/vocals), Matt Roever (bass), Kathy Wampler (vocals) along with Fons (Daves nephew) on Drums. Later the band was joined by Dave Wampler on drums and Lonnie Chapin on Bass and Scott Bernard on lead guitar and vocals. This band played many dates all over the United States in crusades, camps, conventions, and churches. God moved on so many hearts and many people came to faith in Christ during those meetings. Sometimes by the hundreds. Dave and Reggie are incredibly gifted Evangelists. It was an honor to be able to be a part of it. Dave, Reggie, and Dave’s wife Brenda taught me so much. Video/Audio is a little noisy, but I found this on one of my old VHS tapes and it brought back some great memories from the road. The days of the Curly Afro Mullet 🙂
