Exasperation doesn’t even begin to describe the feelings of what the people of the Bible went through? So why do we feel like we’re being bad Christians when we have a bad day?

On this episode of #CrackYourBible, we’re talking about something we all experience – bad days. While some people can feel like they’re a failure for not being “on” all the time – happy, peppy and praising the Lord, don’t beat yourself up! Even Jesus got frustrated and felt upset, stressed and exasperated, as did so many people throughout the Bible. If they went through bad days, what can you do when you too have a rough day?
