Lee Strobel: The Case for the Gospel

This morning, we are talking about the Case for the Gospels. They’re important because they are our best source of information about the life, teachings, miracles, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. They unambiguously portray Jesus as the miracle-working, unique son of God who came on a mission to rescue us from our sin.

How do we know they are reliable and trustworthy in what they tell us? Are the gospels mythology, made up to make a point? Or are they intended to be taken as actual history? How do we succinctly make a case for the gospels?

Lee Strobel gives us an easy-to-remember framework for how we can remember why we trust the reliability of the gospels. He builds a case for the reliability of the gospels to help us remember the evidence for the reliability and to respond to common objections people raise about the gospels.
