Heart of the City Foundation 2019 Lecture Series Eric Metaxas

For 40 years, Heart of the City Foundation (HOCF) has supported the ministries of FPCO, as well as other like-minded partners throughout our city and around the globe, focusing on four key areas – Discipleship, Capital Projects, Scholarships and Missions

The Lecture Series is HOCF’s premiere Discipleship event held annually in Orlando and is known for drawing sellout crowds.

In recognition of the foundation’s 40th anniversary, the 2019 Lecture Series welcomed one of the most well-known and respected names in Christian media, Eric Metaxas.

Eric centered his lecture on his wildly popular biography, “Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy,” that has sold nearly 1 million copies worldwide. Bonhoeffer details the “incredible moral courage in the face of monstrous evil” of a German pastor during WWII.
