On this episode of #CrackYourBible, we’re talking about the separation of Abram and Lot. After making out like bandits in Egypt, Abram, Lot and Sarai leave much wealthier than they arrived. When the herdsmen begin to fight, Abram tries to keep the peace, while giving Lot the land that’s like the Garden of Eden. But Lot is about to pay a big price for Abram’s disobedience.

-God told Abram to “go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. Genesis 12:1
-Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold. Genesis 13:1-7
-Abram said to Lot, “Let there be no strife between you and me.” Genesis 13:8-10
-Lot chose for himself all the Jordan Valley, and Lot journeyed East. Abram settled in the Land of Canaan. Genesis 13:10-12
