Today on #CrackYourBible, we’re talking about spiritual and intellectual Christians.

With so many false teachers getting Christians’ hopes up for a return that has yet to happen, why is it that Christians continue to follow these teachers when their prophecies continue to fall short? The answer lies in the foundation upon which each of these Christians put their trust.

From the Bible we know:
• The Bereans searched the scriptures to make sure that what they were being told was true. Acts 17:10-12
• The 7 sons of Sceva tried to operate in the Spirit without having a foundation the Word and were beaten by a demon. Acts 19:13-16
• A house built on a rock will stand, whereas a house built on the sand will fall. Matthew 7:24-27
