Most of us would say we’d love to live a remarkable life – but one thing remarkable people have in common is they do things that go against the grain. Amazing people throughout history have lived in ways that are counter-cultural and sometimes even radically illogical. We read in Matthew chapter 20 that Christians are meant to live upside-down lives that are counter-cultural. Jesus certainly lived a counter-cultural life. If you want to be remarkable, seek after God every day as He prompts you to answer this question: “Am I living according to Kingdom values or according to the rules of the world?”
