Today on #CrackYourBible, we’re talking about the Biblical metaphor found in 1 Timothy 4:2, that of a “seared conscience.” While Christians fret and worry if they have a seared conscience, they must understand that if they are concerned about the possibility of having a seared conscience, they don’t have one. We’re all familiar with people who gladly, proudly, reject God. There’s no proof, miracles, facts – ANYTHING – that could convince them of the divinity of Jesus and they flat out reject God. Make no mistake, once a mind has been seared; only the One who can defy the laws of physics and uncook a burnt piece of meat could ever have a chance at softening a seared conscience.
